Very compact rooms, but the space is cleverly utilized. Location is perfect for catching a walking tour nearby. Check-in is mostly automated, which felt impersonal. The rooftop lounge offers great views, but service was slow. Would stay again if I need a quick trip.

The location is perfect for walking tours and exploring nearby attractions. Rooms are quite small and lack privacy in the bathroom area. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace for drinks. Just make sure to check the fees because they can add up quickly.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms too small for families. No microwaves.

The room had zero bathroom privacy—no curtain or door, just awkward moments. We could hear everything. The photos made it look way better than it actually was. Definitely not worth the price!

This hotel is just a short walk from Times Square, making it super convenient for access to all the energy and excitement of the city, along with being near places like Bryant Park, just about 1.5 km away, and the stunning views from the Top of the Rock, almost 2 km from the hotel; my room offered a lovely cityscape view, and the friendly staff helped enhance my experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms added to the stay, but the sound from neighboring rooms could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, changing my room because the first one was too noisy. The location is perfect for families, with everything from museums to parks in walking distance.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it's still a fair price for the convenience.

Perfect location. Just 5-10 minutes from Times Square and major attractions. Metro access is convenient. The room view was decent, with glimpses of the Hudson River. Staff greeted us warmly. the initial room showed a stain, necessitating a move. Second room was better, but cleanliness fell short. Dust and limescale marred our experience. The layout was unsettling—no curtains separating the bathroom, and poor shower water pressure. Concierge service was lacking. Being deferred to a local business for luggage was disappointing. Dining options were overpriced, and the breakfast service was inadequate. The musty smell in the lobby? With improvements in cleanliness and service, it could be a fantastic stay.

The room was compact at 150 sq ft, yet it featured everything essential. The Queen + Bunk setup was surprisingly roomy for four. Natural light streamed in, but the furniture showed signs of wear. The temperature control was effective, keeping the space comfortable. Noise from the street was minimal, only slight honking and sirens occasionally broke the quiet. the lack of a refrigerator and broken ice machine was inconvenient. Staff were friendly but limited, leading to wait times.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Times Square. The room, however, was a different story; it reeked of weed and had a blood stain on the carpet. The check-in process felt endless, and when I finally got to the room, the key card didn’t work. The heat took three hours to fix, while showers flooded the bathroom. On the bright side, staff were genuinely nice and the breakfast wasn’t bad. But with crazy parking and false fire alarms at 3 AM, it’s hard to overlook the chaos surrounding the stay.

The hotel is in a prime spot for exploring local bars and shops. The staff really shines, turning a mess into a new room within minutes.
Bathroom layouts could use a rethink.

The gym made me feel like a Peleton pro, the view from my room was fab, and Social Drink and Food was my jam. Watch out for those dust bunnies, they're the real MVPs here.
I spent my vacation playing hide-and-seek with the cleanliness in the room.

We partied hard in Times Square and rocked out at the live music events. The central location made it easy to hit up Broadway shows and explore Manhattan. The in-flight entertainment program was lit, keeping us hyped the whole time.
We wish there was a cooler rooftop party scene to vibe with other young party people.

Stayed at the hotel in the heart of NYC, perfect for families wanting to explore Times Square and Broadway easily. The live music and vibrant atmosphere made our visit truly memorable. The in, flight entertainment program kept the whole family entertained, making it a fun budget, friendly option.
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities available.

During my business trip, I appreciated the convenient location within walking distance of iconic Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the rooms were sound-proof, ensuring a good night's rest amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
There were a few drawbacks to note. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with stained curtains and walls, and even encountering a bedbug upon arrival was unsettling.

The hotel room had a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the convenient trouser press available to keep my clothes looking sharp. there were some areas that needed improvement. The carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit worn and could use a deep cleaning. I also noticed that the bathroom sink was a bit small, which made it a bit challenging to use comfortably. the Yotel provided a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring the vibrant city. The location was fantastic, with easy access to main stations, perfect for solo travelers like myself. The room size was ideal for one person, and everything was conveniently located for a hassle, free stay.
The front desk staff lacked friendliness and helpfulness, with unhelpful responses and hidden reception. The somewhat open bathroom concept might be uncomfortable for some, especially if sharing the room.

Our stay at a hotel near Times Square was exceptional. The highlight was the breathtaking view from our corner room on the 27th floor. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions. The large cabin-style room was also a plus for vegetarians and vegans like us, giving us enough space to relax.
That the hotel was not soundproof, and we could hear a baby crying constantly from a nearby room.

the location was perfect, near time square, theaters, restaurants, plus so much more. the staff were very friendly. loved the self check-in and the option to check in early for a nominal amount. the bed was super comfy, with an adjustable back. the shower was very satisfying. there were some cool areas to just relax. everything was automated but there is staff around to answer questions. we highly recommend yotel.
Nothing at all 😊

The hotel's space utilization is perfect, with a modern and clean vibe. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location is about a 10-minute walk to Times Square.
Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.
